Welcome to the event page for the 177th Convention of Theta Delta Chi. Theta Delta Chi will gather in Williamsburg, Virginia in the first week of August. The Commonwealth is home to five active Charges: Nu (UVA), Nu Triton (VTech), Mu Triton (UNCG), Rho Triton (VCU), and newly established Epsilon (William & Mary).

Events start on Thursday, August 1st; the final event is Saturday's PGL Reception & Grand Banquet.
There are ticket options to meet your needs, depending on your arrival day. The Grand Banquet ticket is required. Please review the upgrade and add-on descriptions below to help make the right ticket choice. Be sure to book soon, as prices are subject to change, and enjoy the current early bird specials.

Grand Banquet Ticket Saturday: Includes entrée choice at the banquet (7:00 pm - 11:00 pm) and access to the PGL Reception (6:00 pm - 7:00 pm).

Full Registration Upgrade: Thursday: Indoor Golf & Dinner @ Revolution Golf and Grille (9:00 pm - 11:00 pm) Friday: Historical Tour & Lunch (9:00 am - 1:30 pm), Epsilon Reception & Re-Chartering Dinner @ Shields Tavern (8:30 pm -10:00 pm) Saturday: Delegate Lunch (1:00 pm - 1:45 pm) Bonus: Convention Souvenir & Historical Tour Pass is valid for Thursday to Monday.
Grand Banquet Full Table Upgrade: Add this to the base ticket to get a table for you and nine guests at the Grand Banquet. Access to the PGL Reception included.
Undergraduate Delegate Upgrade: ONLY for two elected undergraduate delegates from each Active Charge. Same as Full Registration. Charge code required to checkout.
Saturday Lunch: This à la carte meal can be added if you wish to join delegates for lunch between business sessions and the following Minerva Sessions or board meetings. 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm (Do not get this if you have a full registration.)
Banquets Only Upgrade: Friday: Epsilon Reception & Re-Chartering Dinner @ Shields Tavern (8:30 pm - 10:00 pm)
Golf Tournament: Thursday:18 holes at The Green Course at Golden Horseshoe Golf Club. Bonus: Convention Souvenir (Tee times available: 8:50 am - 10:00 am. More details to follow.)
Open Events:
Registration will be on Thursday from 12:30 pm to 4:40 pm in the Woodlands Lobby. Check-in for later arrivals can be done at any of the ticketed events.
The General Business Sessions (Thursday: 6:00 pm & Saturday: 10:00 am) are not ticketed and are open to all brothers. A dormant Charge may have one vote at the Business Sessions if their delegate is a full registrant of the Convention. Active Charges shall have three voting delegates, two undergraduate and one alumnus.
All hotel guests have access to deluxe continental breakfast throughout their stay, 7:00 am - 10:00 am.
The Alumni Minerva Session is not ticketed and is open to all guests. Minerva Sessions are the educational programming sessions at the Convention. The sessions are geared towards advisors and local volunteers. House Corporations and Alumni Association officers will be surveyed for the year's topic of interest. It is scheduled for 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm on Friday.
The Minerva Sessions include the Alcohol Skills Training Program (ASTP), The ART of Risk-Holmes Murphy, and Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism partnership. These classroom-style Minerva Sessions are not ticketed, are required for Undergraduate Delegates, and are open to all others.
The Omega Service (8/2 at 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm) is a memorial service open to all. The service will be at the Wren Chapel on the William & Mary campus. The space has strict time access and capacity constraints. Access will be first come, first served. There will be limited seating. Doors will open at 5:30 pm. The event will start promptly at 6:00 pm. The maximum capacity is 120. Please plan accordingly.
